Alex is passionate about the use of Art, Play, and Story - based therapy in supporting client’s journeys towards health and healing.

Having previously studied TV and Film design and had a career in Non-profit communication, (in 2020) Alex turned his attentions towards providing therapeutic support for those looking to use their own creativity to gain insight into their past, present, and future circumstances.

Alex believes that we are all creative in some form and that our imagination is often the best tool we have for gaining health and healing in our lives.
